Shipping
At the moment we ship all Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan orders with SF Express. Please check the shipping rate at checkout.
A signature is not required at delivery. An alternate shipping address can be used at check-out if you are not at home to accept your delivery or if you feel it is not safe to leave your parcel by the door. Sugarbird Kids is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur.
We suggest you to purchase shipping insurance at checkout.
We are currently offering Free Shipping on all orders over HKD400 within Hong Kong and free direct delivery on all orders over HKD200 within Discovery Bay.
Our Macau and Taiwan customers can enjoy free shipping upon purchase of HKD500. For all International (outside Hong Kong) orders, customers are responsible for all custom/duties fees that are applicable.
Shipping to Taiwan
Please read carefully below for all shipping to Taiwan region:
- Recipient information must be provided correctly in Chinese.
- Format of recipient's phone number must be in compliance with the principles of Taiwan's universal valid phone code (e.g. 02-8765-4321 or 0912-345-678).
- Recipient's name and ID card number must be match.
- Complete real-name verification registration to bind personal identification information with phone number through [EZ WAY] APP.
- Correct Chinese full name and bound phone number must be provided at check out or by email to: info@sugarbirdkids.com together with the order number.
Delivery
Your order will be processed and ready for shipping between 1-4 days, however we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order is dispatched. We are not responsible for lost or missing parcels.
Please note that orders may take longer during holidays and sales periods.
